Bottega was the only pizzeria to represent the Chinese mainland in these awards alongside other legendary pizzerias like CIAK from Hong Kong and Cicheti from Singapore.
Master pizzaiolo Paolo Salvo and his incredible team will continue their hard work in producing delicious mouthwatering pizzas.
Being included on 50 Top Pizza’s top ten list is the Michelin equivalent of the pizza world. It is an amazing milestone since Bottega started cooking authentic Neapolitan pizza in 2014. The restaurant would like to thank all its loyal customers for their amazing support!
