Spread the Bagel (Nanchang Lu) Description

A longtime favorite of Shanghai expats (and increasing numbers of locals) thanks to their authentic New York taste, California native Christine Ascuncion's Spread the Bagel bakery now has its own dedicated shop on Nanchang Lu. Offerings include an extensive range of made-to-order bagel sandwiches (including smoked salmon, egg mayo, turkey, brisket and schmear). They also sell coffee, cookies, juices and other snacks to go alongside the bagels.
