Roosevelt Wine Cellar Restaurant Description

The setting of the entire floor resembles an Old World wine cellar. The amazing view of Huangpu River and Pudong Lujiazui Financial District is right outside of the stone-arcade-like arch windows.

The wine shelves in the restaurant have climate control by three-way power supply from city utilities, district utilities, and the in-house generator. The wines can be safely preserved and aged without the concern of power outage. The concrete floor of the wine cellar uses high molecular material technology which can bring down the dusts in the air which would otherwise fall on the wine bottles. Behind a hidden sliding shelf, there is a secret climate-controlled wine chamber for members of The Roosevelt Club only. Members can store and age their own wines in their private wine cellar.
