This winter, Thought for Food invites you to give thanks to your loved ones with a natural and mindfully-crafted festive feast.
As a traditional staple of Thanksgiving, our turkey is bathed in broth well in advance, and the seasonings are slowly massaged into its skin. The turkey is stuffed with sweet potato and herbs from our rooftop garden, then served with homemade cranberry sauce. The result is a juicy turkey that is full of flavor, best enjoyed with our complimentary glass of mulled wine.
At Thought for Food, we add Chinese dates to the classic pumpkin pie recipe. When topped up with fresh, spiced cream, you’ll wish that this beautiful piece of pumpkin pie won’t melt away too quickly in your mouth!
Craving something savory? Try our potato and leek pie. Finish your meal on a sweet note with our baked apple and ginger crumble or single origin white chocolate ice cream.
Octave is especially thoughtful to the needs of families. While parents are enjoying their meal, they can leave their children to play at the Fun Room where attentive staff will look after them.
