"Some people say cod is the only food – besides bread – that once you get used to it, you will never get tired of it, and you can't live without it. No delicacies from land and sea can be compared with it."

— Elena Morohovec, A Gift for Young Housewives

About acornfresh

acornfresh was born to provide healthy, safe and tasty seafood to families across China. They import high-quality seafood from the purest oceans of Iceland, Norway, the Arctic, Canada, Australia and America, supplying hundreds of renowned restaurants across the country. And since 2018 they started shipping their seafood directly to their customers’ doorstep.

Their products are fresher than fresh: each fish is single frozen at sea, which means that the fish gets frozen on the boat within minutes after leaving the ocean, and they do not unfreeze it during processing and packaging.

In the past, people would stock up on food in autumn so they have enough before the cold winter befalls. Now, acornfresh cod promotion brings you a fantastic stock-up opportunity!

Today they are sharing two cod recipes exclusively for That's Shanghai readers, and you can buy good quality cod from their store to try these out yourself at home. For the first seafood meal of autumn, make it a delicious one with cod!

After researching a bunch of cod recipes, acornfresh found the cod that goes particularly well with tomatoes and oranges. While you might not be convinced of this trio of ingredients just yet, follow the below steps, and you'll be happily surprised.
