On 16 May, two French restaurants in Beijing, will meet in a Flavours of Spring as William Mahi, Michelin-starred French Chef de Cuisine of Jing at The Peninsula Beijing, and Chef Kurt Wang from acclaimed French fusion restaurant La Chansonniere.

For one night only, guests are invited to experience a Four-Hands Modern French Wine Dinner with 7 dishes at JING inspired by premium springtime ingredients. After an in-depth creative exchange, these two talented chefs are ready to bring delicious flavours and visual appeal to the dining table. This star-studded quadruple dinner is sure to attract a lot of attention, so stay tuned for more details.

7-Course ‘Flavours of Spring’ set menu will be served at JING from 6pm – 9pm on Tuesday 16 May. Price at RMB 1,888++ per person including Champagne pairing. All prices are subject to a 16.6% surcharge.
