Eager moonwatchers around the globe trekked outside last night, bringing along their cameras, binoculars and telescopes to witness the 'Super Blue Blood Moon.'
A rare phenomenon, the sight occurs when a blue moon coincides with a supermoon and a total lunar eclipse, otherwise known as a 'blood moon' due to its reddish hue. It's the first time the combination has happened since 1982, and it won't occur again until 2037.
Here's a roundup of stunning snapshots of last night's rare celestial event from around China.
