The Langham, Shenzhen is excited to announce the appointment of Chef Leo Li as the new Executive Chinese Cuisine Chef. 

In his new role, Chef Li will lead the culinary team at T'ang Court, the esteemed sister restaurant of its three-Michelin-starred counterpart in Hong Kong, as well as oversee all banquets, catering, and events at the hotel.

Chef Leo Li is a celebrated figure in the culinary world, having twice won the championship at CCTV's "China-France Culinary Competition." 

Before joining The Langham, Shenzhen, he served as the head chef of the Cantonese Cuisine Alliance, Southeast Region, of Marriott International. 

He is also a member of the International Star Chefs Association and has held the position of chairman of the Cantonese Chefs Association of Xiamen hotel chains. 

Renowned for his mastery of traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Li is deeply passionate about exploring diverse culinary techniques and sharing his innovative ideas with the culinary community.

With over 20 years of experience in top-tier hotels across major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, Chef Li has held prominent positions within international five-star hotel brands. 

During his eight years in Beijing, he demonstrated exceptional service and culinary expertise by catering to distinguished guests at the Olympic Games and major APAC conferences. 

His international experience includes introducing Chinese cuisine to audiences in South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Bahrain, earning him international acclaim and inspiring his creative approach to cooking.
