Pho Kim Saigon Description

A delightful Vietnamese eatery tucked in the basement of the IFC Tower, Pho Kim Saigon offers patrons delicious pho, as well as a range of sides, including lightly battered Vietnamese fried spring rolls and traditional banh xeo, or a salted pancake. Mains with a scoop of rice and lemongrass grilled pork or chicken are also on offer, but when in a Vietnamese restaurant, do as the (northern) Vietnamese do — i.e. slurp pho for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
