A new dining concept is being rolled out at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou’s G Restaurant.

Known locally for its fantastic grilled cuisine and top-notch dining experience, the G Restaurant is rolling out a new gastronomic journey for Guangzhou’s food connoisseurs.

The new dining idea is built on the concept of a tailor-made meal, offering customers exactly the meal they desire.

Patrons can choose from fresh, top quality ingredients, ranging from meat to seafood to vegetables. Instead of simply reading the menu, guests can actually visit the open kitchen and chose the foundation of their meal.

When guests are creating their dishes, G Restaurant’s culinary team will be ready to offer insight and recommendations.

The dining experience doesn’t stop at eclectic dishes, G Restaurant’s new dining platform includes wine pairings and a wine buffet (RMB320) with up to 14 different wine styles from various corners of the globe.

If you are tired of the same old dining experience, the G Restaurant’s new gastronomic offerings may be exactly what you need.
