Limoni, The Ritz-Carlton’s esteemed Italian restaurant, has recently launched a new menu under the tutelage of of Head Chef Anrdea Zamboni.
We recently had a chance to visit Limoni and sample the new selections, all of which were delicious and creative culinary masterpieces.
Our favorite dish was the Il salmone marinato con il suo cracker e caviale, finocchi agli agrumi (RMB148), a delightful mix of cured salmon, crackling, roe, fennel and citrus salad. The most impressive element of this finely craft seafood plate was that every part of the salmon is utilized in its creation, from the meat and eggs to the skin and bones.
Pasta fans would be wise to sample the Tagliolini al nero, vongole e calamari con battuto di pomodoro (RMB168), an Italian classic comprised of homemade black ink tagliolini with clams, squid and crushed tomatoes salsa.
For those more into the turf than the surf, we recommend Limoni’s Duo di manzo (RMB148), a combo of Australian beef served capaccio and tartar style.
If you have yet to dine at Limoni, there has never been a better time to visit!
