In conjunction with World Jianbing Day on April 30, UnTour Food Tours are giving Jianbing lovers a chance to win a year's supply of this beloved Chinese street-food. Yes, that's right, one whole year's worth. That's a lot of eggs! All contestants have to do is contribute to UnTour's Jianbing Mapping Initiative.
Jianbing is a classic Chinese breakfast staple that comes in many different regional flavors and textures. If you've yet to experience the wonders of jianbing, you've got to. It consists of a thin crepe that is fried on a flat griddle with an egg and then flecked with cilantro, green onions and pickled mustard tubers. Savory bean paste and hot chili paste are then lathered on to add extra flavor, while the deep-fried wonton skin (or puffy fried youtiao) gives it something extra.

You have four days left to upload a photo of your favorite jianbing vendor, including address details, to WeChat, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #jianbingmap or tagging @UnTourFoodTours. If submitting via WeChat Moments, users must screenshot the post and send their contact details to
