Zeniya Shanghai is a modern Japanese restaurant located on the 68th floor of the Shanghai Tower. The floor-to-cileing windows encircle the dining room, offering guests a full view of the panoramic Lujiazui skyline.
The Executive Chef Takashi Ikeda was awarded the senior chef qualification of Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan. He has more than 30 years of experience in Japan, Taiwan and Shanghai. He specializes in harmonizing the four dish components of color, smell, taste and plating design. Guests most enjoy his sophisticated Kaiseki cuisine.
The private dining room allows diners to witness the dish preparation firsthand, affording them closer insight into each dishs' origins and preparation requirements.
