Taking inspiration from festive traditions around the globe, the festive season will be brought to life under the new theme ‘Stories from the Tree.’ Six colourful characters – including the nutcracker, gingerbread man and red-breasted robin – will adorn giant Christmas trees in each of our grand hotel lobbies, as well as the abundant decorations that will brighten each property.
Two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Yi Long Court will offer its own rendition of the Christmas Eve Dinner, complete with 8 delightful courses and free flow beverages (RMB 1,888* per person). Sir Elly’s also presents a Michelin-starred feast featuring a sophisticated six-course dinner, plus live music (from 22 to 24 December, RMB 2,888* per person). Festive diners at The Lobby may enjoy a five-course Christmas dinner plus live jazz (from Dec 22-24 for RMB 1,388* per person). The Balfour serves with a sea inspired four-course family style Christmas Eve Dinner. (RMB 688* per person)
