Attention chocolate lovers: here’s an event you don’t want to miss!

From now until April 14, the Consulate General of Ecuador will be introducing Ecuadorian chocolates at a series of tastings taking place at Wanda Reign on the Bund. During the event, Chefs from Ecuador will present afternoon tea and chocolate artworks from the country’s top brands. Guests can immerse themselves in a fantastic chocolate experience of vision, taste and flavor.

Ecuador’s roots in the chocolate industry date back to the late 19th century, when the South American country first became famous for its premium cacao. Today it holds a solid reputation for producing some of the best chocolate in the world.

Fancy a taste of this delicious dessert? Through April 14, Dessert Master Santiago Cueva will present tailor-made Shanghainese afternoon tea with Republica del Cacao Ecuadorian chocolate at Ruiku Restaurant and Champagne Lounge on the 21st floor of the Wanda Hotel.
