Only one week into the World Cup, Anson Chen, owner and Managing Director of Bund18, and the man behind Blackstone Magic Bar, had his colleague Elliot pass That's Shanghai's very own Ned Kelly an envelope which he claimed contained not only the eventual winner of the World Cup, but the score line by which they would win.

Well, we finally caught up with the wily magician-turned-football mystic to open the envelope (which we can promise was signed, untampered with and kept under lock and key in Kelly's apartment) to find out if Chen is a soccer soothsayer, or a football forecasting fraudster.
