Five DJs with different sounds will take to the stage at Dada this Thursday. Expect a hypnotizing night with some R&B, lo-fi, vaporwave, dub, house, chill-hop, chill-step and drumming.

Jan 25: Choice 37

Born and raised in Southern California, this Korean-American producer and DJ has been influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, A Tribe Called Quest, Bjork, Stevie Wonder and Quincy Jones. On Friday, he'll be showcasing his renowned skills at Le Baron, so head down to Xuhui for a night full of fresh and unique hip hop.

Jan 25: Chromeo

This electro-funk duo from Montreal was formed in 2002 by musicians David 'Dave 1' Macklovitch and Patrick 'P-Thugg' Gemayel. With a sound that draws from blue-eyed soul, dance music, rock, synth-pop, disco and funk, many of the duo's songs have become dance floor favorites. They'll be landing in Shanghai for a show filled with groovy synth tones, vintage drum machines and good vibes.

Jan 25: Azoth

Azoth is returning to Dada with some doom wave, morbid trap, black metal, terrorcore and IDM music. DJ's Swimful, Khemist and Damacha will be playing the very best tracks throghout this dark, ghostly and spooky night.

Jan 25: TGTR with San Proper

Lose yourself to dance at Electric Circus on Friday as Space Panda and TGTR take you on a hedonistic five hour journey of house, techno and disco goodness. Expect some incredible DJs playing music laden with intricate instrumentals and astonishing groove.

Jan 25: Marco Carola

Marco Carola is a global ambassador of techno. Originally from Naples in the south of Italy, Marco was instrumental in the development of the electronic music scene there in the early 90's. He took the flourishing techno Napolitano scene to the rest of the world, and on Friday he'll be right here in Shanghai at Celia Club.

The gang at Hilo is waiting for you on Saturday with a night of new school hip hop and unparalleled vibes. Their DJ's and MC will give you only the best and freshest hip hop tracks all night long.

Jan 26: FU#K – A Night of Funk

After randomly playing an off-kilter set of punk, funk and soul over three years ago, China DMC champion Cavia and Founder of Yeti Dis:ko Allan Marshall are joining forces once again for a night of funk at Dada. This has been a long time in the making, so don't miss it!

Jan 26: Hot Pot with DJ Wordy

On Saturday, it's time for a hot pot feast; a figurative one, that is. In case you didn’t know, DJ Wordy brings a musical 'hot pot' to Le Baron every month. Most of his live sets are pure improvisation, as he gives back to his audience with his crazy imagination and a high level of technicality.

Jan 25-27: Laser & Roller Skate Party

Roller rink/cocktail bar RIINK will be throwing a roller-skating laser tag extravaganza from Friday to Sunday. Shooting lasers on roller-skates sounds like the perfect way to blow off some steam after a long week, so get rolling! RMB100 gets you skates and a drink.
