With more than 30 years of experience in Japan and China, including Taiwan and Shanghai, Executive Chef Takashi Ikeda was awarded the senior chef qualification of Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan.

He specializes in harmonizing the four dish components of color, smell, taste and plating design. Guests most enjoy his sophisticated Kaiseki cuisine.
