Italian Executive Sous Chef Davide Mastrangeli joins forces with Panerai, a lauded Florence-based luxury brand, to offer hotel guests a time-honored afternoon tea experience that artfully – and tastefully – brings together elements of watchmaking, pastry and cocktails in one crafted set.

Panerai Time & Spice – white and spiced rum blended with Crème de Banana, pineapple juice, vanilla syrup and chocolate bitters.

Sparkling of Green – green apple and melon syrups, vodka, and lemon juice (available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options).

Red Powder – milk and cream shaken with tart cranberry juice, topped with milk powder foam (non-alcoholic).
