Photo Shanghai Gallery Focus: Camera Work, Berlin

Seventy galleries from around the world will be exhibiting at the first edition of Photo Shanghai from September 5, China's first ever art fair dedicated exclusively to photography.

Over the coming weeks our Photo Shanghai Gallery Focuses will give you a taste of what you can see from our favorite participating galleries when the event kicks off at Shanghai Exhibition Center.

This week, we take a look at Camera Work, Berlin

Established in 1997, the gallery has developed into one of the world's leading spaces for the display of photographic art.

While representing widely famous photographic artists such as Diane Arbus, Richard Avedon and Helmut Newton, the gallery's philosophy has always been to give young, aspiring artists a platform to showcase their talents.
