Tied to a desk? Stuck in a training center? Put that Big Mac down! There are healthier options for your workweek dining decesions, with many companies offering five-day meal plans. We look at some of Shenzhen's best and tell you how you can make lunch your favorite meal of the day.
Nakedholic
Nakedholic, for those who eat clothed but want to look good in the buff. With a mission statement of delivering healthy food that isn’t just salad, it’s an alternative to Sexy Salad.
Where: They have eight locations in Shenzhen, covering a fair bit of the population, but only deliver within 3 kilometers of each outlet. Check if you’re covered by adding their official WeChat: nakedholic.
What: They offer themed five-day meal plans, including the ‘balanced diet’ plan, a ‘low-carb plan’ and a ‘high-protein plan.’
Price: Five day meal plans start at RMB225.
How: Add WeChat ID: nakedholic, click on the order meal button (点餐下单) and then scroll down to view the meal plans.

The French Touch Kitchen
They say French is the language of romance, so it makes sense to sandwich this business between Nakedholic and Sexy Salad. Not always French fare (on Thursdays they switch it up!), but prepared by Nanshan-based French chef Thomas Ligout. With a vegetarian option, the meals are different each day and change weekly.
Where: Most of Nanshan District, from Shekou to OCT East. (There are plans to expand into Futian and Luohu soon.)
What: Each meal includes an appetizer, some fruit, a main dish with a side and a daily special and a dessert. Add WeChat ID: ftkitchen to see this week's menu.
Price: RMB300 for five days of lunch. Prices drop the more that is ordered.

Sexy Salad
Check out the yams on that one! Actually I don’t know if Sexy Salad sells yams but their black pepper beef salad’s are pretty great. Sexy salad also has a dinner service.
Where: Most of Futian, most of Luohu (minus Liantang, Qingshuihe and Buxin), central Bao’an. To check if Sexy Salad can deliver to you, just add WeChat account yaulokkei and ask.
What: Salads. All types of salads, with a focus on health, the calories for each salad are listed. Each work day sees a different salad. There's also a few package deals to choose from.
Price: A work week of salad-y goodness starts at 229 for the smaller portions.
How: Add the WeChat account haosesalad, click on the ‘more’ button and select English. Ordering from there is straight forward.
