If you live in Shenzhen, you’ll know that Futian, Nanshan and Bao’an districts are all pretty far from one another. Some even joke that if you have a significant other in another district it’s like a long-distance relationship.
For your dose of Chinese-style clubbing, Coco Park in Futian is the go-to place, but if you live elsewhere in the city, it’s usually quite the trek.
Luckily, C-Walk Bar Street just had its grand opening this past weekend and is brought to you by the same folks. The bar street includes new venues like Ibisa, NB3, Solo Block Party, Halo Club, Mushroom and more.
NB3 is touted as a hip-hop club. On the wall is a mural of Travis Scott, Eminem, Lil Uzi Vert, Post Malone, Snoop Dogg, Cardi B and Drake. There’s also some basketball-themed decor with Lakers couches and Bulls lights.

Ibisa (yes, spelled with a ‘s’) is a Mediterranean-inspired bar, while Halo is the spot for electronic music.

Lastly, there’s an izakaya called Drunk Cat’s Tavern (醉猫の酒屋) which seems like a more low-key option. They have plenty of sake, small dishes and more.
